Hotel Texas Hallettsville

The hotel offers a charming Texas feel with its exterior of central Texas limestone and a cozy lobby. The rooms are clean and follow a familiar layout reminiscent of a Holiday Inn Express. A particularly nice touch is the addition of bath mats in the bathrooms to enhance safety. The pillows are comfortable, and the larger swimming pool is perfect for families. The outdoor seating with rocking chairs and swings provides a relaxing atmosphere, and the breakfast includes a fun Texas-shaped waffle maker.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, facilities were good, nice and perfect location just off a Brookshire Brothers grocery store and a Walmart and the common areas and all the painted churches in the area. We stayed in a spotless room that had a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk. The view was magnificent and the bed was comfortable.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

We received great service from the superbly friendly and extremely friendly staff. We got a room with a bathtub.

I was really frustrated with the breakfast situation. The breakfast room was dark, and I waited a long time for someone to show up, but no employees were around.

The King Room was cozy with comfy pillows that I wanted to take home! Air conditioning worked great. I like it cold. The bathroom was clean and had cool push dispensers for shampoo and lotion. A nice stay, but the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Still, I enjoyed the Texas-shaped waffles at breakfast and the larger pool was a hit! Perfect for families traveling with kids.
